Yellowtot Posted July 29, 2015 Share Posted July 29, 2015 (edited) Hey guys just checked Smyths toys and their having a clearout on click and collect only so they might have some sets in your local store.Mainly on Movie sets and Chima, I just picked up 5 Phoenix Temple's £50 each, another 4 Benny's spaceship at £50 (they have been cheaper but still a descent price) and a set I never thought I'd buy but for £30 each I picked up 4 Movie dropships.So check the stock in your local store and worth a punt if there in stock.Oh and be quick it's not on Hotdeals yet! Sprocket77 Posted July 30, 2015 Share Posted July 30, 2015 (edited) I was in one of the Smyths Stores yesterday and a staff member said that some of the stock was being taken off the shelves for a clearance event next week, I did persuade her to let me have one of the Lonely Mountain's from the back though. They did have a lot of good deals on the shelves and online. This morning all those deals have been taken off the website, so it looks like someone jumped a bit early. Not surprising I suppose as the click and collect wasn't working anyhow.The Asda offer is annoying as I ordered some items earlier this week.The £10 is deducted as checkout so:Avengers Quinjet £48 (RRP: 69.99)Benny's Spaceship £55 (RRP: 79.99)or 2 x Lego City Train Stations £58 (RRP: £99.98)etc.Some great deals there. I passed on a load of Ultra Agents stuff at half off, a load of misc Chima stuff at half off and a couple of the mid sized Hobbit sets at half off again.So a good afternoon trip out, and as I expected the are just emptying all there old stock into random stores. I went to my local smyths this morning on your advice, the only set they had was benny's spaceship and the ultra agents one. Would have loved to have found some more lonely mountains at £50 though!
