Oh man I'm just about to order a case from bricklink for $350+ us.

I was just in the fed way one. I cleared 18 couldnt find the remainders. They said that was all after checking in back.

I did open a shop in auburn and living the Lego dream! next month it will be one year since we opened. Any brick picker member should come down and say hello. We located in downtown auburn 2 Auburn Way ****** Suite 103 Auburn, Wa 98002

Seems like there are a flurry of new sellers on eBay , cl and in general. I stopped selling online and only sell locally now . Since I opened my shop I have been approached by 4 people wanting to do what we do.... Sell lego full time. These people are new investors buying up sets looking to make a quit buck by flipping right away. I get customers coming in telling me they have 5 of something and looking to buy multiples of sets. I even had one guy tell me he's opening a lego shop near me... It does worry me to see lots of new investors but eventually a lot of them sell out. I think if the big wig buyers continue to absorb smaller investors we will all be ok .

Anyone else notice that lego.com sold out on these for $99 bucks...?

I'm hoping it does good too. The trailers are pretty funny, my kids are loving the clips and the sets very much. This movie could have the same popularity of shrek and despicable me movies which would be awesome! I'm stocking up on these sets now, if it takes off... these could be hard to find for awhile. I figure I have less than a month to buy as many as possible. I think the lego movie line will be bigger and far better than chima, ninjago and dare I say... Monsters line... With the amount of sets, the sea cow (2700+ pcs) , lego is putting more money into this line than others. Lego also seems to know how to lure buyers with these cool boxes.. The dark blue and red makes you want to buy them. I'm sold I prefer to collect these sets way more than the new chima ninjago.

These sets are pretty awesome, I think they will dominate this year. I have built most of them and I think what makes these sets winners is that some of them are 2 in 1s. They have a lot of great parts for parting out too. I'd stock up now, once the movie hits these sets will move. The ice cream machine is one of my favorites , must have for a lego city. And of course the boxes are sweet! Finally something different ! :)

I think it's a safe bet to say that some of the long term investors are getting these.. Not a great quick flip. I had 40 trains before Christmas and sold about 25 . I'm keeping the remainders and stocking up on this one. I think this set can hit 150 easily because trains are popular, especially since this one comes with track. I'm hoping this set will match the potc boats. The other sets have great tan elements too.

So today I got Lego set 101.... Something. Some hunk of junk I believe . Merry Xmas everyone!

Got another 50 plus sets... 14 fun houses , 5 Olivia's house , wargs, creators, new ninjago, gunships, sail barges . I am officially out of room and still waiting on my pallets from Lego. On to the third bedroom.. Lego overload.

I'm excited to finish my storage wall with 20 storage units 43 sorting trays. Plus got 2 hh, 2 pet shops, 2 emporiums, plus about 20 other smaller sets sweet brick friday
