  1. Just fold down the flaps of a 24x20x4 on top of a scrap or flat of 24x20. Or if you really want to waste money use two 24x20x4, lid style.
  2. Consider yourself lucky that you got the item back. Do you get reimbursed $20 from the bank when you don't get the same serial number back on a $20 bill you deposited months ago?
  3. Probably just stealing inventory. Or took ownership of a suspended account, or a it is a possible dusty warehouse find.
  4. Shipping options might change, and you give the buyer more time to cancel. So somewhat better to get it marked as shipped ASAP.
  5. I'm allergic to paper, so just send your BTC and one slim jim
  6. Probably not, FR is generally not a good deal. To get around this issue I'll just send you a label and you can send the entire box full of them to me. Then you don't need to worry about all those shipping headaches.
  7. You could be a peach and be one of those slimey guys who swaps garbage out with unsuspecting ebayers. Joining the ranks of turds like Toycentric...da da
  8. If the shipping was purchased via "buy shipping" tell the customer to contact Amazon.
  9. Don't do this. You can do up to 50% if you wanted as it is materially different than what you sent. I would do 20% plus cost of return label.
  10. Just send the Jeff email, it's not really nuclear anymore as chances are you will have to send it multiple times before a useful person does the needful. Jeff responses I have had this week include great names such as: Kumar, Manoj, Rejoli, Aamil...
  11. Not necessarily, but probably. They are being super stingy now with reimbursements, etc., and since you didn't respond in time technically they are off the hook. Try another appeal to two, making sure to highlight the fact that you proactively tried to alert them. If that doesn't do it send an email to Jeff@. With a little persistence you may be able to recover the funds.
