I've found manually editing the angle in the little window can help with that a lot. You might have to do some actual math to figure out the appropriate angle to tweak to... but once you have the first 3 on the bottom layer, you can duplicate up the stack. Totally unsure what Phil means with the flex hose attachment though. :( Clearly you get it... so yea.. manual angle edits rather than trying to rotate just right by hand.

Edit: Forgot those little triangles have clips on their backsides.... thought it was just a pin like many of the old shield parts.... hence the curiousity on the flex hose. With clips, it makes sense. Manual angle setting still for the win.
