All in mostly complete clean looking condition. Photos attached. Comes with most instruction manuals, few boxes. What kind of offer can I make and still make money reselling the sets I don’t want?

Those are kind of open ended questions. What are they asking? I'm assuming the above numbers go with all of the pictures, or are there more sets not in the pictures? You can put them in a set calculator and get a rough estimate of value. But, I'm not sure the demand is there for much of what is shown.

Seller is asking for offers. I think there’s more than is pictured. Guess the best way is to create a new brickfolio and plug everything in there.

That's a great looking collection, and a few of those sell for a decent price. Public works, Main Street, and the yellow castle are all sought after by collectors of that era. These are the sets that I grew up with in the 80s and they bring back good memories. I had and still have a good handful of those. The lot calculator is a good start, but don't rely solely on that number because it may be skewed. I'd also suggest looking up sold listings for each set on eBay. Get a decent idea of what each one sells for and total it up. If the seller doesn't have a price and is looking for offers then I'd start at 1/3 of your total and go from there. If your initial offer is too high then you won't have any wiggle room and will lose potential margin down the road. Good luck. Keep us posted.
