It will likely use Technic elements in the chassis but the rest will be system parts. No cannibalisation of sales and pretty much means EOL for the Mini.

Since there's already a licence, BMW Z4 or 750iL? Since the code doesn't begin with a "4", I doubt it'll be Technic.
