I ordered the City Advent calendar from WM for $21.97 and used store pick up. When the associate arrived he paused, looked down at the set in a closed bag a read a note that said "this isn't exactly the item you ordered, so we gave you a different one instead." He handed me an Arctic Ice Crawler 60109. 

Me: "This isn't a calendar"

Associate: "True, but it has ice and it is Legos."

Me: "Lego"

Associate: "What?"

Me: "So I'm guessing because it has ice you thought, what . . . winter?"

Associate: "You want it?"

Me: "No, but I'm going to make you listen to me for the next five minutes as I discuss  the problem of phantom stock in your store, because I think I found a new reason why the tracker is off."

Went to Barnes & Noble today to pick up the single architecture Studio set that I bought using the codes yesterday. There was a note at the register with my name on it saying they accidentally pressed yes on my order and that they didn't have the item in stock. It took a while to convince her but finally the manager got me one shipped from the Mansfield Ohio store, arriving mid next week. Phew.

Pro tip: for anyone close to Mansfield, there are several more in that store.

1 set shipped, 2 more still processing on my member account. "Don't have permission to view" error on guest checkout orders.

Verification team will let me pick up at one store but seems to fail everything I order elsewhere.

ETA: Guest checkout orders showed as still processing when I switched browsers.
