  7. polybag

A polybag planned for 2016 based on the Batman Vs. Superman Batmobile I believe. This should go nice with the larger minifigure scale one also to be released.

  10. So I started on a mad frenzy of a superhero mini figure collection today. Buying all kinds on brick link and eBay. I was putting together a prototype of a display and going through mine and my dads boxes of LEGO for pieces I could use to sit the figures on, and I come across a large bag of something that immediately catches my eye. What seems to look like a whole bag of night wings from Arkham Asylum. As well as batman masks and joker heads. I nearly fell over. I ran upstairs to ask where did we get these??? My dad would never have anything fake. After asking, he tells me "Oh yeah, Lego sent me those as a favor for when I hosted Lego night at our local Danish Club". I actually remember that party and I don't remember him bringing these. They were in one of many lego boxes we have. My gut tells me, my Dad completely forgot he even had them and obviously did because when I showed him, he had no clue they were there. And they are 100% legit!! I have the black legs as well, still putting them all together. Just missing the spikey hair. 76 total Nightwings without hair. Another 119 Nightwing heads!! 5 Batman's 5 Joker's from older rare sets including the Comic Con exclusive box set. *********** Just purely looking at ebay and brick link sales. Heads go for around $10-12 a piece Torso's also around $12-14 a piece. Joker's are another $25ish each. Did I just find the mother load!!??? Gotta be close to or over $3,000 here even without the hair. and just today I was buying figures and saying I want the real Nightwing...the blue one that I know well but it was way to expensive and BOOM...I find these. I'm still in shock. PS - Don't know what the cats and dog are from yet. Any help there would be great.

  14. Custom Batsie's Batmobile. Made it to look like Batman's Batpod from The Dark Knight. Called it the Batpad, I mean it's like a bigger version of the Batpod. iPad and iPod, get it? I'll stop now.
  15. So far I have the following Lego sets for investment purposes (I am new to the Lego investment thing). 6865 Captain America avenging cycle 6866 Wolverine chopper show down 6867 Loki cosmic cube escape 6868 Hulk helicarrier breakout 6869 Quinjet aerial battle 6862 Superman vs Power Armor Lex 6873 Doc Ock Ambush I agree that Captain America set is doing decent in value right now , Wolverine chopper showdown is doing pretty good in value and Loki cube escape okay I guess (based on what ebay prices they are going for). Here are some things to consider or are happening currently . 1. There are a ton of Lego superhero mini fig fake knock offs being sold everywhere for very cheap. 2. Lots of sellers on Ebay can sell superheroes sets for less than retail by a decent percentage off all the time it seems like (the more current ones) nowadays. 3. There are a lot more sellers for the Lego superheroes set line selling on ebay. 4. There are more sets nowadays that have more captain America , hulk , spider-man and iron man mini figs remade into other sets (age of ultron sets) including the quinjet just got remade into a newer color. 5. The Quinjet , hulk helicarrier , doc ock ambush , superman are still almost sold just at the actual retail value right now on ebay (little disappointing to me). With all this mentioned above is there any hope of any of these sets going for higher value then there current value? Should I hold on to these sets for a few years longer? I can probably wait longer. I was kinda hoping these sets would go as high as the original batman Lego sets in terms of value or maybe even double or triple than actual value would have been good. Any thoughts on this?
  16. Where can we buy the Batmobile 30161 Polybag @ retail? I see a lot on ebay. Will it be a hot item someday?
